Flatcamp Terms of Use

「ふらキャン」では、お客様に安心・安全なキャンプを楽しんでいただくため、いくつかのルールを定めております。
ご利用に際しては、以下に定める規約・禁止事項・注意事項、他公序良俗を必ずお守りくださいますようお願いいたします。

At "Flatcamp," we have established several rules to ensure that our customers can enjoy a safe and secure camping experience.
When using the facility, please be sure to observe the following regulations, prohibited items, precautions, and other public order and morals.

お守りいただけない方は、改善指示を出させていただきます。
指示に従っていただけない場合、昼夜を問わず退場していただく場合があり、その場合は利用料等の返金は一切できません。また、次回のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合もあります。
キャンプ場内での盗難・事故等のトラブルにおいて当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。各自十分お気を付け下さい。

以下の規約をご理解とご協力いただけるお客様のみ、ご予約とご利用をお願い致します。
この規約はお客様のご意見を元に、随時更新されますので、予約の際に都度ご確認をお願いします。
また、各キャンプ場の利用規約は、ふらキャン利用規約より優先します。厳守してください。

Please make reservations and use the facilities only if you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time based on customer feedback, so please check them each time you make a reservation.
In addition, the terms and conditions of each campsite take precedence over the Flatcamp terms and conditions. Please adhere to them strictly.

予約確認時にお送りする利用条件を必ずご覧ください。

チェックイン・チェックアウト時間は、キャンプ場と時期により変わります。予約確認時の利用条件を確認してください。

【ルール】（キャンプ場利用者全員が気持ちよく快適にお過ごし頂くためにご協力をお願いします。）
・午後10時以降は就寝者優先時間です。お静かにお願いします（就寝している他のお客様やお子様にご配慮をお願いします。）
・施設はきれいに使用し、共用部分（水場、トイレ、駐車場等）は譲り合いのご利用お願いいたします。
・楽器演奏および音楽プレーヤーに関しては、半径5メートル以内にしか聞こえない音量でお願いします。午後9時以降のイヤホン以外でのご利用はお控えください。
・大きな音の出る花火や打ち上げ花火はできません。
・直火はできません。提供する焚火台と焚火シートをご利用ください。
・キャンプ場でおきた金品等の盗難、ご利用者間でのトラブルで生じた損害に対しては、一切の責任を負いかねます。
・各テントに1名以上の成人が同宿して下さい。

【自動車やバイクの乗り入れについて】
・交通ルールを守り、責任を持って慎重に運転してください。
・事故を起こした場合は、ご自身で警察などに連絡のうえ対応をしてください。
・自動車のアイドリングは、環境保護や周辺利用者の健康被害を考慮し、お控え頂くようお願いします。
・キャンプ場内でのトラブルは、一切の責任を負いかねます。

【緊急時】
・火災や事故などの場合、速やかに事務局緊急用番号（080-2128-3998）に連絡して下さい。
・けが・病気などの場合、連絡先リストを元に直接連絡をお願い致します。
・雷雨や豪雨の際は、キャンプ場指定の避難所に避難して下さい。避難終了後は、避難場所の原状回復を必ずお願いします。

【その他】
・アルコール飲料の持ち込みなどは自由です。喫煙は、キャンプ場のルールに従い、周りの人に配慮頂きお楽しみください。
・貴重品はできる限り持ち込まないで下さい。持ち込まれた場合、各自が責任を持って管理して下さい。
・キャンプ場によっては、外灯が少なく照度が十分でないところがあります。持参されたライトや提供するLEDランタンをご利用ください。移動する際のガスランタンなどの燃焼系のランプを利用してないでください。
・テント内は原則として火気の使用は禁止です。
　灯油ストーブを使用する際は、換気をしっかり行い、一酸化炭素チェッカーの利用をお願いいたします。また、就寝時には必ず消してください。
・ゴミの排出は、撤収スタッフが行います。キャンプ場のルールに従い、分別してください。
・テントサイトに設営されているコンセント以外の、建物施設のコンセントのご利用はご遠慮ください。携帯電話等の充電もご遠慮願います。
・樹木を傷つける行為、又は、みだりに植物を採取することは禁止です。折れた樹木等危険な場所には近づかず直ちにキャンプ場管理スタッフにおしらせください。

[Other]
・You are free to bring alcoholic beverages. Please follow the campsite rules when smoking and be considerate of others.
・Please refrain from bringing valuables into the campsite as much as possible. If you bring valuables into the campsite, please manage them responsibly.
・Some campsites have few outdoor lights and the brightness is insufficient. Please use the lights you bring with you or the LED lanterns provided. Do not use combustion lamps such as gas lanterns when moving.
・As a general rule, the use of fire is prohibited inside tents.
When using kerosene stoves, please ventilate the room well and use a carbon monoxide checker. Also, be sure to turn it off when you go to bed.
・The removal staff will take care of the disposal of garbage. Please separate garbage according to the campsite rules.
・Please refrain from using any outlets in the building facilities other than those set up at the tent site. Please refrain from charging devices such as your mobile phone.
・Damaging trees or collecting plants without permission is prohibited. Do not approach dangerous areas such as broken trees and please notify the campsite management staff immediately when spotted.

【ペットについて】
ペットの同伴はできません。

【キャンセルポリシー】
イ ご予約は、利用日の前日から起算して３日前に当たる日までにご予約をお願いいたします。
ロ 利用日開始日の前日から起算して３日前に当たる日以降に解除する場合 （ハからホまでに掲げる場合を除く。）利用料金の 20％
ハ 利用日の前日に解除する場合 利用料金の40％
ニ 利用日当日に解除する場合（ホに掲げる場合を除く。）利用料金の50％
ホ 利用開始後の解除又は無連絡不参加の場合 利用料金の100％
なお雨天などの悪天候を理由にキャンセルする場合は、キャンセル料は頂きません。

[Cancellation Policy]
A. Please make your reservation at least 3 days prior to the day before the day of use.
B. If you cancel after 3 days prior to the day before the start of use (excluding cases listed in C to E), 20% of the usage fee will be charged.
C.If you cancel the day before the day of use, 40% of the usage fee will be charged.
D.If you cancel on the day of use (excluding cases listed in E), 50% of the usage fee will be charged.
E.If you cancel after use has started or fail to show up without notice, 100% of the usage fee will be charged. However, if you cancel due to bad weather such as rain, there will be no cancellation fee.

＜料金とお支払い＞
利用料金は、宿泊される時期や曜日によって変動いたします。詳細は予約時の金額をご確認ください。
決済方法は、現金またはPayPayのみの対応とさせていただきます。現地でお支払いをお願いいたします。

＜悪天候の場合のご対応について＞
雨天時は原則営業を行いません。
また、注意報および警報が発令された場合もしくは、発令させる恐れがある場合はキャンセルさせて頂きます。
それらの場合でお客さまの予約をキャンセルさせて頂く際は、キャンセル料は頂きません。
ご利用当日の日没以降に注意報・警報・特別警報が発令された場合には、お支払い頂いた利用料金の全額を返還いたします。
お客さま自身の安全を最優先とし、速やかな避難の判断と行動をお願いいたします。なお、お客さまご自身の判断による避難時の責任について負いかねることをご了承ください。

<Responses in the event of bad weather>
As a general rule, we do not operate in rainy weather.
In addition, we will cancel your reservation if an advisory or warning is issued or if there is a possibility that one will be issued.
In such cases, if we cancel your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee.
If an advisory, warning, or emergency warning is issued after sunset on the day of use, we will refund the full usage fee you have paid.
Please make your own safety your number one priority, and make the decision and action to evacuate quickly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any evacuation that occurs as a result of your own decision.

【利用者のリスクについて】
キャンプ場は、安全が保証されている場所ではありません。
イノシシなどの動物との遭遇による事故、強風による倒木などの事故、突風による事故、落雷事故、お子様などの遭難リスク、自動車による事故、盗難のリスクなど、様々なリスクがあります。
自然と寄り添いながら、リスクを想定した自己責任の範囲での利用に同意頂ける方の予約を受け付けております。
また、レンタル品について著しい破損や紛失が確認できた場合、弁償していただく可能性がございます。大切に扱いください。

事故防止への配慮や整備、説明など、ふらキャン管理者としてできる限りの対応をしておりますが、利用者さまの理解と配慮ある行動の上で、安全で楽しい時間が過ごせると考えております。上記に関して同意と共感を頂けない場合は、ご利用頂けませんので予めご理解とご了承をお願い申し上げます。

As adminstator of Flatcamp, we do everything we can to prevent accidents, provide maintenance, and explaination to our users. We believe that a safe and enjoyable time can only be had if users understand and act with consideration. If you do not agree with the above, you will not be able to use the facility, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

【利用のお断りについて】
次の場合、キャンプ場の利用（予約）をお断りすることがあります。ご了解下さい。
・法令 または公序良俗に反する行為が認められた時
・他のお客さまのご迷惑となるような言動が認められた時
・暴力団、暴力団関係企業もしくはこれらに準ずるもの、またはその構成員（以下 「反社会的勢力」）による利用
・利用目的が「ふらキャン」の事業趣旨に反する恐れがあるとき。
・過去の利用において利用内容に不都合があった場合。（スタッフの注意や規約に違反した場合も含む）
・雨天の天気予報の場合は、利用をお断りする場合があります。
・悪天候などで利用を中止せざるをえないと､スタッフが判断したときは代表者に連絡します。

[Regarding refusal of use]
Please be aware that we may refuse use (reservation) of the campsite in the following cases.
・When any act that violates laws or public order and good morals is observed
・When any verbal or physical actions that cause inconvenience to other customers are observed
・When used by a gang, gang-related company, or similar entity, or its members (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces")
・When the purpose of use is likely to be contrary to the business purpose of "Flatcamp".
・When there have been inconveniences with the content of use in the past. (Including violation of staff warnings or rules)
・When rain is forecast, use may be refused.
・When staff determine that use must be canceled due to bad weather, etc., they will contact the representative.

プライバシーポリシー

和楽では、お客様の個人情報保護の重要性について認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます）を遵守すると共に、以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます）に従い、お客様の個人情報を適切にお取り扱いいたします。

Airaku recognizes the importance of protecting our customers' personal information, and will handle your personal information appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

和楽は、以下のような情報を収集することがあります。

•支払い情報: クレジットカード情報や銀行口座情報など、サービス利用料金の支払いに関連する情報。

Airaku may collect the following information:
•Personal information: Information necessary to provide services, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.
•Usage data: Website and app usage, browsing history, cookie information, etc.
•Payment information: Information related to payment of service fees, such as credit card information and bank account information.

個人情報の利用目的について
和楽における個人情報の利用目的は以下の通りとなります。当社は、当該目的を超えて個人情報を利用しないものとします。 万一、以下の目的以外での利用の必要が生じた際には、改めてお客様へ通知し、又はお客様の同意を得るものします。
•お客様による本サービスの利用とそれに付随する連絡（予約管理、支払い処理、問い合わせ対応など）。
•本サービス利用に関する統計データの作成。
•サービス改善: サービスの利便性向上や品質向上のための分析や調査。
•和楽がお客様にとって有益だと判断する当社のサービス（本サービスに限りません）の提供。
•提携先企業の商品、サービス等に関する情報の提供並びに当社によるマーケティング等の実施。
•お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応および本人確認。
•お客様に対する、本サービス運営に著しく影響を及ぼす事項（本サービス内容の大幅な変更、一時停止を含みますがこれらに限られません）に関する連絡。
•お客様から個人情報の取扱いに関する同意を求めるための連絡。
•メールマガジンの配信。
•ご挨拶状、カタログの送付。

Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Airaku uses personal information for the following purposes. We will not use personal information for any purpose other than those stated above. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to use personal information for purposes other than those listed below, we will notify you again or obtain your consent.
•Use of the Service by customers and associated communications (reservation management, payment processing, responding to inquiries, etc.).
•Creating statistical data regarding the use of the Service.
•Service improvement: Analysis and research to improve the convenience and quality of the service.
•Providing our services (not limited to the Service) that Airaku considers beneficial to customers.
•Providing information about products, services, etc. of partner companies and conducting marketing, etc. by the Company.
•Responding to customer inquiries and verifying customer identity.
•Contacting customers regarding matters that have a significant impact on the operation of the Service (including but not limited to major changes or suspension of the Service).
•Contacting customers to request their consent regarding the handling of personal information.
•Distributing e-mail newsletters.
•Sending greeting letters and catalogs.

委託について
和楽では、本サービスにかかる事務を業務委託する場合に、保護措置を講じた上で、お客様の個人情報を当該業務委託先に委託することがあります。 その際は個人情報の取扱い・管理に関して、和楽の定める必要な水準を満たすものを選定し、個人情報保護に関する契約を結んだ上で、和楽にて厳正に管理・監督を行うものとします。

Regarding outsourcing
When Airaku outsources the business operations related to this service, the personal information of customers may be entrusted to the said outsourcing company after taking protective measures. In such cases, Waraku will select a company that meets the necessary standards for handling and managing personal information, enter into a contract regarding the protection of personal information, and Waraku will strictly manage and supervise the information.

第三者への提供
和楽は以下の場合を除いては、個人情報を第三者へ提供をしないものとします。
•お客様本人の同意がある場合。
•本サービスの向上、関連事業開発及び提携企業のマーケティング等の目的で個人情報を集計及び分析等する場合。
•前号の集計及び分析等により得られたものを、個人を識別又は特定できない態様にて、第三者に開示又は提供する場合。
•当社又は提携先等第三者の広告、サービス等に関する情報を、お客様に送信する場合。
•法令に基づく場合。
•当社、お客様その他第三者の生命、身体もしくは財産、又は当社が提供する一切のサービスの保護のために必要がある場合。
•公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合。
•国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合、これらの者から正当に 開示を求められた場合。

Provision to third parties
Airaku will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
•When the customer's consent has been obtained.
•When personal information is collected and analyzed for the purpose of improving the Service, developing related businesses, and marketing for affiliated companies.
•When the information obtained through the collection and analysis described above is disclosed or provided to a third party in a form in which individuals cannot be identified or specified.
•When information regarding advertisements, services, etc. of our company or affiliated third parties is sent to customers.
•When required by law.
•When it is necessary to protect the lives, bodies or property of our company, customers or other third parties, or all services provided by our company.
•When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children.
•When it is necessary to cooperate with national government agencies, local public entities, or persons commissioned by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and disclosure is legitimately requested by these persons.

開示・訂正・削除など
和楽は、お客様の個人情報に関して、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除又は利用の停止などの請求があった場合、本人からの請求であることを確認できた場合に限り、速やかに対応するものとします。 ただし、お客様の個人情報の一部又は全部を利用停止又は消去した場合、和楽がお客様に対し本サービスを提供できなくなる場合があることをあらかじめ承諾するものとします。（なお、関係法令に基づき保有しております情報については、利用停止又は消去の請求に応じられない場合があります）

Disclosure, correction, deletion, etc.
When Airaku receives a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of a customer's personal information, Waraku will respond promptly only if it can confirm that the request is from the person in question. However, if you agree in advance that if the use of a part or all of a customer's personal information is suspended or deleted, Waraku may not be able to provide the Service to the customer. (Note that we may not be able to comply with requests to suspend use or delete information that we hold in accordance with relative laws and regulations.)

本取り扱いに不同意の場合
お客様が本取り扱いの全部又は一部に同意いただけない場合には、本サービスを利用できないものとします。 お客様が本取り扱いの全部又は一部に同意いただけない場合には、問い合わせ窓口にお申し出ください。
